About the project
CORE Consulting Engineers Plc. (CORE) has successfully undertaken the design, supervision, and contract administration of the Package 9 Condominium Roads, which encompasses multiple significant road projects across different sites, including Asko, Emperil, Ayat Meri, and Bole Ayat 1, 2, 3, and 4. These projects highlight CORE’s expertise and commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure, facilitating better connectivity and accessibility in these rapidly developing areas.
The Ayat Meri Site 4 Road Project, covering a distance of 1.954 kilometers, features a roadway with a substantial width of 30 meters. CORE’s meticulous planning and innovative design have ensured that this road meets high standards of safety and efficiency, catering to the increasing traffic demands in the area.
Additionally, the road projects at Asko, Emperial, and Bole Bulbula span a combined length of 3.75 kilometers, also designed with a 30-meter width. This extensive undertaking reflects CORE’s ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects, integrating advanced engineering solutions to enhance the road network’s capacity and durability.
Further extending their expertise, CORE has also managed the road projects at Bole Ayat 1, 2, 3, and 4, each designed with a 30-meter width. These projects collectively contribute to the seamless connectivity within the Bole area, supporting the region’s urban development and improving the overall transportation framework.
