Consultancy Services for Design Review and Construction Supervision of Construction Supervision of Infrastructure Components in Temeke Municipality Under the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project (DMDP)

• Package 14 – Mtoni Nzasa – Kilungule – Buza road 7.6km including Nzasa Bridge (20m and 5 Nos Box Culverts)
• Package 9: Mtoni Ward (9,200m urban roads, Construction 1,800-metre-long footpath, Construction 2,500-metre-long Major storm water drains, Construction of various community facilities, which include Markets, Shops, Delivery stores, Guardhouses, Generator houses, Market and Public toilets and Water Kiosk)
• Package 10: Mbagala Ward (7,500m urban roads, construction 800-metre-long footpath, Construction 1,214-metre-long Major storm water drains and construction of various community facilities, which include Markets, Shops, Delivery stores, Guardhouses, Generator houses and Water Kiosk)
• Package 6: Construction of Investment Sub-projects in Kilakala and Keko ward (13,000m local roads, Construction 800-metre-long footpath, Construction 2,214-metre-long Major storm water drains, Construction of various community facilities, which include Markets, Shops, Delivery stores, Guardhouses, Generator houses, Market and Public toilets, Bus terminal (Bus Stand), and Water Kiosk)
• Package 8: Construction of Investment Sub-projects in Makangarawe Ward (Makangarawe, Dovya and Uwazi Sub –Wards (Construction of 13,163-metre-long local roads, Construction 2,250-metre-long footpaths, Box culvert, Construction 480-metre-long storm water drains, Construction of various community facilities which include Dispensary, Market, Bus terminal (Bus Stand) and Football pitch.)
• Package 12: Construction of Investment Sub-projects in Yombo – Vituka Ward (7,810-metre-long local roads, Construction 970-metre-long footpath, Construction 2613-metre-long Major storm water drains, Box Culvert 2 Nos (Various Sizes)
